Does anybody know what this rash could be? Came up on my dd this morning. She isn't unwell. Thanks

She's has an antihistamine and it hasn't made a difference. She hasn't had much of an appetite and had a couple of loose bowel movements but other than that is fine in herself, no fever etc x

Is she up to date with all her vaccines? 2 doses of MMR?

Looks like Rubella. But could also be an allergy.

Covid? My son and I both had something similar. Also loose bowels at the start.
