My little girl has had a sore nose for about 4 days now, it started with her having very thick orange/yellow bogies but slowly it started changing to blood. The skin around the nose is so dry so I've been putting cream on it and cleaning her nose out with a earbud as it's all crusty and filled with blood in the mornings. I know it's horrible😫😫 I cant get in to see the doctor but nothing seems to be helping her and the skin inside her nose looks painful, anyone got any advice? I've attached some pictures incase that helps.
