Rash under 1yo nose

DS has had a rash / small red bumps under his nose for a few days now. They're more red in person than in the picture. He generally seems well otherwise, but getting a bit concerned they haven't faded at all. Any ideas on what it could be? Or if it's worth calling a gp over?

He's also today gotten more red spots over him, but fairly certain that's heat rash since it's been hot today.

Try putting a little bit of vaseline on the skin in case it is caused by moisture from his mouth or nose. Sometimes it takes a few days of applying vaseline for it to clear up. Unless, it is caused by something else.

Thanks. I was wondering if it was that, but he's not had a runny nose or anything. But the dribble has been crazy with teeth coming in
