Hydronephrosis

hello my 4 year old starting wetting herself 8 months ago. we presumed and nhs suggested behavioural.
she has some bowel issues and blood sugar issues too.
She had a scan and it's shown hydronephrosis . I've googled and obviously my heads jumped to tumours etc.
Does anyone have experience of this is a child ... not a baby.. I know it's common pre natally which always resolves

I don't know if it is of any help to hear this but I have it, mildly. The reason for mine is that there is a narrowing at the pelvic uterine junction in one of my kidneys, and this can sometimes cause excess fluid in the kidney. I always imagine it as being a bit like having a kink in the drainage pipe from the sink, which causes a backlog. I go for scans and the approach everyone is taking is to leave it as it is, unless it gets notably worse.
