Spots on scar tissue - photo

My DD has a scar on her head from a fall six months ago. She had steri-strips and it seemed to heal fine. However, sometime in the last few months it seems to have developed three hard pimples on it, which make it much more noticeable.

Has anyone seen this before, and is it too petty to ask the doctor about this?

I wonder whether it's a mild overgrowth of scar tissue... A bit like a keloid scar but more localised?

Thank you for your replies. I looked at molluscum and keloid scars, but wasn't sure if either looked quite right.

After endless googling last night, I think it might be something called secondary / traumatic milia. The same as normal milia or milk spots, but they develop after an injury. From what I read, they probably won't go on their own, which is disappointing!

I think if they weren't there, the scar would be much less visible, but perhaps they'll get smaller as she gets older too.
