Another rash one. DD 8 pointed out a patch of tiny dots (red and noticeable, as if made with a fine sewing needle), about 3cm in area, on her inner arm a few days ago. It was where a seam could have been against her skin and in a very regular pattern (3-4 straight lines) so I assumed it could have been due to a seam.
It disappeared after a couple of days but she now has the same kind of thing on the heel of her hand - fairly regular though not seam-like regular. Hadn't been leaning on anything directly before it came up. Neither seemed to be itchy or sore, but weird! Any ideas?
