Dog poo and children?

I went out the other day for the first time in weeks with my kids and met a friend
My four year old was playing near us on wooden pallets and ropes, afterwards I walked over with my one year old and noticed a dried squashed pile of dog poo not fully dried but dried enough to not make a mess on clothes and shoes
My little girl must of stepped on it and maybe even rolled and sat on it
Dog poo really makes my skin crawl
I cannot stop thinking about it and that there are dog poo particles on my car seats and pram etc
Will dog poo give my kid a bug? Is dog poo really that bad?
I’m struggling with anxiety at the minute and I know I’m being over the top but is dog poo really that bad?

If you notice it wash it off, its not a big deal. Ihonestly don,t know anyone who has got sick from dog poo.(Ofcourse you could but as long as you clean it off then don,t stress.). You would have noticed if she sat in it.
