My daughter who is normally bright and bubbly has thrown a major wobbly tonight saying she is worried about everything that is going on. She is ten and a half and has had discharge for a while now. I looked at her knickers tonight and she has started her period. How do I help her cope with this all at once. I have not told her what I have found as she is asleep. Help
