Babies and vitamins

If a ten month old baby is sometimes getting 500ml of formula in a day but sometimes nowhere near - do I just give them their extra vitamins on the days they don't?

NHS website says give all babies/chn vitamins from 6 months to 5 years but absolutely NOT if they're getting 500ml + of formula a day.

Sometimes my baby does, sometimes she doesn't.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Is your baby thriving? Putting on weight as expected? Then don't worry about it.

Currently yes she's huge and healthy but obviously vitamins are needed and we don't know of anything underlying. I will definitely be giving her them - I’m just interested in other people's experiences and if they can be taken as and when.
