My daughter is 6 months old and had an off day yesterday. She vomited after every feed until lunch and had some small, light spots on her belly. The doctors called and said it's likely a virus/tummy bug.
Today she's much better, the spots are still there but I've noticed these two on her head. They're tiny, under the skin and pink. Any idea what they are?
