Is this just a really stubborn molloscum?

DD had molloscum on the back of her legs for ages, about 2 years. They eventually went pussy (sp?) and after a while, all disappeared (thank god).

But she's left with this on the back of her leg which I assumed was a remaining molloscum but is it? It sticks out quite a lot and she says she feels like she could pick it off. It's a little itchy sometimes. It has a couple of small dark dots in it.

...just discovered she knocked it the other day and tonight it looks a bit angry, is very itchy and is very big. You can't see from the pic how far it sticks out. I'm hoping it is a molloscum and hopefully the fact it's had a knock might kickstart her immune system into attacking it??

It kind of looks like an angry skin tag - was there a big molluscum there before?

Yes, it was there when the other molloscum were there but they all went and it didn't. Hasn't really bothered her (other then being self conscious about it) but the past couple of days she's been really aware of it and it's sore and itchy. I've got some antibiotic cream the dr gave us for when her molloscum got pussy - thought I might just use some of that on it?

Sometimes you can end up from permanent lumps from infections. I once got bitten all over my legs by insects and had giant spots for a week. They all went, except one which six years later is still there. Didn't hurt or itch, but I do find myself picking it. If it's getting in her way, might be worth having removed.

It burst a little bit today 🤢 so I'm trying to keep it clean and just putting antibiotic cream on it.
