3 year old has developed a rash on the back of his thighs over the last couple of days which looks worse tonight. Lots of little raised spots and feels rough. Only localised to back of thighs. Fades when pressed.
He says it itches when I ask but doesn't otherwise seem too bothered by it and only scratches occasionally.
No temperature and generally well. Has had chicken pox vaccine and he's not been around anyone due to lockdown.
Any ideas or is it best to check with a doctor tomorrow?
