Baby acne or eczema?

Started weaning at all?

She’s gorgeous 😍. My DD2 is 8 months and her eczema started like that and then spread to her back. But it’s all cleared up on her face now so could have been a coincidence. Hope your wee chubby cheeked beauty isn’t too bothered by it x

Thanks both! She's exclusively breast fed, no weaning yet. Yes, she's a gorgeous chunky baby - 22lbs at 6 months I'll keep an eye on it for spreading or worsening.

My dd started showing a similar rash on her cheeks at 3 months but it spread all over her body..she was diagnosed with dairy and egg allergy and was reacting via my milk.
