Hi,
My son has developed a few large painful spots on his chin in the last week or so which do not appear to be getting any better. He is 4 months old and showing signs of teething, the main one being an insane amount of dribble! I try keep it dry but its much easier said than done. Is this normal? It is only on his chin and nowhere else which is why I think it could be linked to the constant dribbling. Just wondering if anybody had experienced the same thing? Thank you
