Rash on toddler

Hi! Can anyone help with this rash on my 2yr olds side please? It appeared Monday morning. I’ve taken her to the drs they didn’t know what’s causing it and they’ve prescribed hydrocortisone cream and cetraben but they seem to be making it spread slightly. She’s not ill and has temp, it’s not itching or bothering her at all but it’s not going away. She doesn’t suffer with eczema or anything like that. Thanks 😊

Thanks! I did think it was a heat rash but it hasn’t been warm

My little boy has just come up in the same thing! Did it disappear in the end @sillybilly6 ?

It’s still there but is starting to fade. It spread massively after this. Drs said it’s dermatitis and takes 2-4 weeks to go away. They gave her a higher steroid cream that’s slowly worked. Still not sure what she’s had a reaction too but main suspects are ivy or wearing new clothing without washing it. I hope you’re little boy is better xx
