Dry skin Recommendations

Hi, my Ds 11 has started with Really dry, flakey skin on his face. He had been using a face wash, but we stopped using that, started with a simple face wash, but that seemed to make it worse. Does anybody have any recommendations for a face wash/ moisturiser he can use to help.
