Hives/infection/temperature - worried!

My 7 year old DS has got heat lumps (hives) on his face and arms and legs. He also feels like he’s got a temperature.
He’s been fine in himself all day, even when the hives started late this afternoon. He’s fast asleep now.
I don’t know what to do for the best. He’s had this problem before and he had an infection at the time. I’m wondering if it has happened again. I don’t know what to do - do I ring 111 or see how he goes?

I’d ring 111. Hope he’s ok.
Allergic reaction?

He’s fine I didn’t need to ring them. I think he must have had an allergic reaction to something yesterday. Temperature has gone too. Weird.
