Neonatal teeth?!

Hello! I’m wondering if anyone else has had any experience with their little ones having neonatal teeth.

My little boy cut his first took at 1 week old and midwifes and nurses all said it looked fine and was normal but rare. He’s not had any issues with it, and he’s now 16 weeks. In the past few days I’ve noticed it seems where the tooth meets the gum it’s slightly grey or maybe even looks chipped, he won’t let me look at it, but it feels wobbly! And he’s got a new tooth cutting through right next too it... I’m not sure if there is one underneath the existing trying to get through that’s why it’s maybe wobbly?!

I’m wondering if anyone’s little one had a neonatal tooth and if they had any issues with it or it even came out?! Thinking about calling the dentist but don’t want to go unless we have to at the minute!

I was born with a tooth my mums never mentioned that it fell out, I would ring the dentist just for some advice on it or maybe health visitor might be able to shed some light on it, I will ask my mum tomorrow and get back to you if it fell out or not
