Little red marks under eye?

Never noticed those before on my 5 year old, they are in same place in both sides?

Aren’t they freckles?

Up close they are like red dots

Has she been coughing or sick lately? I get those (Petechiae) when I’ve coughed a lot or been sick. Is she well in herself otherwise? Petechiae associated with high fever and very obvious unwellness is more concerning.

But just to reassure you, under the eyes is exactly where I get them - you can get them from straining too; has she been constipated?

My pale skinned son gets them from coughing. Little burst blood vessels.

Agreed. They are little burst blood vessels. They should go away on their own.
