9 yr old headaches

Dd has had a headache for about a week now. It’s sort of above and behind the ears. She’s fine otherwise.. a bit of a cough, slight sore throat for a day or two.
She’s never had headaches before. She eats and drinks lots and sleeps enough.
The only thing I can think of is that she hasn’t been wearing her glasses while she’s been off school. Could it be that maybe? Or puberty?

I'd bet hormones.

That did cross my mind as she’s so up and down with her moods at the moment. Crying one minute and laughing the next!

Same here. Glasses needed (screen time), hormones & stress of lockdown

Lockdown is really effecting mental health of most kids. More screen time. No mates to play with. Check she's not worrying etc
