My 5yr old is a chewer. That's fine we have chewlery to help him. However he's still chewing his clothes. This morning after going to the toilet I had to remove these two bits of cotton from his bottom. From the looks of it it's part of his school jumper.
My question is how much damage can this do to his insides if any at all. I have visions of it all getting tangled up.
