My 7 month old son is pulling his ear that much that where it meets his head and jaw at the top and bottom, it is opening up and becoming sore. He's drooling a lot and the cheek on the same side is very red so perhaps just teething, his sleep is great though.
He doesn't have a temperature and doesn't seem to be in pain, does anyone know if there could be a problem here I'm missing? I don't want to bother the GP or 111 given the current situation if it's nothing!
