7 year olds skin

Should I be using something other than water on my 7 year old daughters skin? She has skin like me. She has a couple of milia spots near her eyes and she also seems to be developing sebaceous filaments. They look a little like black heads on her nose. So sad for her but obviously she is very unaware at the moment. Just don't want her to be picked on for it. Thanks in advance

She also has little white spots on the front of her new adult teeth which have just come through. I adore her so please don't think I'm nit picking. Just wondered if anyone else has any experience of this as a little concerned.

I'd try using some sort of cleanser rather than just water alone. My entire household use Dove, I find it gentle enough for the kids skin. The white spots on teeth sound like it might be fluorosis but it's worth checking with the dentist incase it's something else.

As in normal dove soap on her face? We use that for everywhere else so can try it on her face too. Thanks

Yes, just the normal dove soap bar.
