What might this rash be?

DD age 10 has a rash today. It’s on her cheeks, arms and chest. It’s just red marks, they’re not raised and not itchy. She doesn’t feel ill at all. Obviously with the current situation she hasn’t been anywhere to catch anything, and she hasn’t eaten anything new. Any ideas?

Heat rash? Prickly heat? Have a Google at the images of these. Suncream rash? Hives?

Thanks Piixxiiee I’ve googled and it doesn’t look like any of those. I thought heat rash at first too.
