Pain behind ear

Ds 13 woke up in tears this morning unable to move his head/neck.

He says he has a sharp pain behind his ear so we assumed he slept awkwardly and gave him paracetamol.

He's still in pain this afternoon and I'm not sure how to help him, any ideas welcome!

He can't have ibuprofen just paracetamol

Hot water bottle & a neck rub/massage? Warm bath? Google physio stretches for sore neck and see if there are any to help the area he says is painful.

I can not believe anyone would take advice from a online chat group on there child. Behave and put your phone down and address the matter in hand for gods sake. Report me but you and everyone else nos im typing sense.
