Cold face

My 3 month old son has ALWAYS got a very cold face, the rest of his body is warm? I don't understand

Itll be mainly that their face is out in tje open so gets the air. My DD is nearly 4 months and quite often has a cold face. As long as body temp is ok and temperature isnt low i wouldnt worry
