Paradoxical breathing

Can anyone help??

Dd has had paradoxical breathing for a few years. Diagnosed at The Royal Brompton hosp.
She hasn’t had any treatment for it but it continues to be bothersome. Her diaphragm spasms really quickly too. She wakes up saying her chest/diaphragm hurts but otherwise is ok. Sometimes a bit more tired than her siblings would be.
She’s had an overnight sats monitor in the past from our local team, but that particular night she was fine and the results were normal.

What can we do for her?? She’s woken This evening and her diaphragm was spasming frantically. We could see it for a while after waking. Her sats were 95, dipped to 90 then back up to 97 slowly.

It scares me a bit to be honest.
