What are these spots?

Hello I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what these spots could be on my daughters fingers? They are white and appear to be under the skin. They cause pain when pressed upon. They seem to be all on her finger tips, where you finger print is.

No image but have a look at hand foot & mouth.

I can't seem to get an image up, they are small white spots under the skin. Only on the finger print

Yeah that's what I thought

I second warts. I would disagree with hand foot and mouth because those spots, although they look really unpleasant, don’t tend to cause much discomfort.
