DD (11) told me last night her boob was sore and had something yellow on it.
I had a look and there was a small lump with a yellow head on her areola.
She squeezed it and a bit came out.
We've had a hot compress on it and smothered it in savlon, she's currently in the bath but says it's very sore.
Any advice? Don't want to bother GP for obvious reasons but don't want it to get worse.

How sore is it? If you squeeze it again does more come out? Give her pain killers too

It's very sore so trying not to squeeze. Have given pain relief.

Should go to the go then they arnt busy now because everyone else is taking responsibility for their health. So you should be seen quick or try LIVI

Have you tried a poultice to draw it out? Or fill a glass coke bottle with boiling water, leave for a minute then pour out, wrap in a towel and when cool enough to tolerate but the bottle opening around the sore. That should draw it out without squeezing.

If no luck then I’d phone GP.

Can you not ring the GP and ask for advice?
