Can anyone tell me if this is infected took dressing off last night loads lose yellow pus, today yellow crispy pus

I would think it needs the air to dry it out. Looks pretty normal to me but I'm a mum not a medical expert!

Give it a gentle clean and let the air get to it now. It needs to dry out and scab properly. Hope it's better soon.

You need to leave the dressing off and let it dry out.

Take off the plaster, Soak in the bath to clean it. Leave it open to dry out. There is no redness in the surrounding area or swelling

Doesn't look infected. Do you have any hydrocolloid dressings? They are good for healing grazes and help prevent itching as it stops it drying out.
