DS is 3, his willy has gone very red. The middle bit is white and swollen. At the base of his penis it’s like a grey ring/bruise. It’s not causing him any pain, however last night I noticed a white discharge and we thought it was Balanitis... no need to rush to the GP. Earlier on I was in the bath and he came in for a wee and it was dripping before he had started - he seemed to have no control over it and was insistent he hadn’t weed - this has happened a lot I think due to lots of little wet patches - can’t see anything online about that with the other symptoms. And then we looked again just now and noticed it’s now swelling... we’re not using any soaps etc, washing in warm clean water, sudocrem in case it’s caused by the the nappy in the night (read that) and it could be foreskin separation (which doesn’t mention swelling)... any other ideas?
