Worried if there’s something underlying with DD

Getting quite worried about DD(8).
For a couple weeks she’s just been a bit off. Nothing I could pinpoint until this week. She is VERY tired and lethargic, pale, and for about a week now she’s been going off her food and saying she feels sick and has tummy ache.
The food thing is not like her at all. She loves her grub.
But she’s been sweating loads at night. I’ve just been up to check her and her pyjamas were soaking wet, as well as her hair. I’ve noticed this maybe 4/5 times over last couple weeks.
Croaky throat. This she had first about 3 weeks ago, and her voice has since been a constant croak and a bit scratchy, but not red or anything.
I thought it was just viral at first, but she’s getting worse not better. I thought the sicky feeling was just a bit of anxiety about school stopping and the change of everything going on.
I just don’t know.
Does it sound like glandular fever? Post viral?
Our doctors has closed to patients due to COVID19, but I think there is a triage system if it’s very very urgent only.

Phone triage as it could be a number of things bless her.
It's so worrying. Have you taken her temperature?
Could be an infection? If she passing urine and stools as normal?

I just re read the fact she isn't really eating I would probably give 111 a call for a bit of advice now as seems like it's gone on for quite a while.

I would definitely phone the doctor's in the morning, OP. I hope she makes a quick recovery.
