Any idea about this rash/soreness?

Hi all,

A couple of days ago, our Daughter developed a rash under her skin, behind her knee. Seemed to develop quickly. It’s been very sore/burning and dry/scaly since. Any ideas?

Used colloidal silver and now E45

Couple of tiny spots just above and a few tiny ones on other leg, but no redness or soreness on other leg xx

I would say that's eczema and it's quite a classic place to have it. Child's Farm is meant to be very good for eczema. My Sister had unguentum cream when she was little.
