Spots on legs

My 3 year old had these spots mainly on one leg for a week or so and I've been unable to get any appointments due to covid19. He's not in any discomfort he hasn't got a fever but they seem to be getting worse, anyone seen anything similar before?
I'm not using any new fabric softeners or soap or anything

Moloscum Contagium? (Sp?)

If they’re raised, I’d also suggest molluscum. Just goes away after a few months.

They're a cream that's meant to help, I'll see if I can find it...

Hi everyone thanks so much for your advice, managed to get an appointment with an out of hours GP and she prescribed a excema treatment and if that doesn't work then it is molluscum. But nothing to worry about thankfully. Thanks so much everybody!
