I wondered if anyone could help.
My 21 month old has always been a healthy boy, never had a sickness bug and not many coughs/colds either.. but the last 2 nights he's has very forcefully vomited all his dinner back probably about 2-4 hours after eating it. It's only once and afterwards he's fine. He's fine throughout the day, keeps his breakfast and lunch down.
There's been no diarrhoea and he appears to be in no pain.
I'm just confused as to why it's only at nighttime?
