Ear infections and vomiting

I'm normally quick to the GP but not at the moment so coming here for advice.
2.5yo has had heavy snot cold for a few days, with a bit of a cough, so we've been all inside obviously even though it's a been a classic toddler illness so far.
It's turned into a painful ear infection too, which hasn't happened before (probably because I'm pregnant and my breastmilk has dried up - great timing!) and overnight it's made her vomit three times so far. First time was just phlegm on the stomach to come up, second time a dose of calpol, now it's just bile at the end. I'm giving her sips of water and she's bf for comfort. I don't want to run through the two bottles of calpol we have - she has no temp - if it's just coming up. Does anyone have any advice on helping sickness with dodgy ears?
