DD, 14 has been complaining of dizzy spells for a few months. Blood tests have come back and her ferritin level is 46 which they said was normal.
Her periods and regular and not really heavy.
Does anyone have any idea if this is low end of normal or any other ideas about what might be causing her dizzy spells?
