Help - sudden rash on 2yr old - no fever

Hello

Please can someone help? This rash on my 2yr old DD appeared today - she has no allergies, and otherwise appears well - no fever, no scratching, still eating/drinking, no lethargy, no recent colds/cough/bugs and it disappears under a glass- but seems to be getting worse? Antihistamine cream and sudocrem did nothing, it started on chest and back now is everywhere except lower legs, face and scalp.

Going to call triage at doctors if not gone by tomorrow but anyone else seen this before? Thanks! Sorry if its hard to see on the foto she is wriggly

My 2 year old got this exact kind of rash behind her ears a few weeks ago, it spread to her neck and Dr diagnosed as Eczema?! Then a week later she broke out in Chicken Pox so who knows!

Hope you figure it out, it took 3 trips to the Dr and a 111 call before we got the chicken pox/eczema combo diagnosis! The joys of toddlers!

Looks like a viral rash to me.

Both my DD's had that same rash, one was ill with cold like symptoms the other wasnt. They were both diagnosed as a viral rash.
