6.5 month mucus diaherra for over 2 weeks

My son has been having loose poo's for over 2 weeks now, the doctor has taken a stool sample and I'm waiting to hear back from them. However I'm just asking if anyone has experienced this before, my son has been on the same formula since January and only 2 weeks ago, everytime he has a bottle he seems to have diaherra directly after, does this mean he could a dairy intolerance??? He will do at minimum 10/12 loose poo's in a day and I'm super worried about this!!! He seems fine in himself and still has wet nappies so I'm just so confused where it's all come from. Anyone experienced this before???

Sorry no advice but to let you know we have the same with my 5 month DS. He’s EBF but experiencing the same with loose stools and mucus shortly after feeding, for around 2 weeks. We have a doctors app this week.
He previously had cmpa which thankfully grew out of quickly but this doesn’t seem to match the same symptoms he had with that.
Hopefully you find out soon and I’ll be keeping an eye on this post!
