This is going to sound odd, but I've recently read that baby boys can get erections. My son is 10 months old and I've never noticed this... Are they meant to have them? Or is it just something that can happen?

I think it just happens hun...our little boy has moments and we notice it when we take his nappy off 🤣xx

It can happen, but it doesn’t have to happen.

One of my sons had them and the didn’t never seemed to.

Auto correct- the other

Two sons, both got them occasionally. Usually when we whipped the nappy off. Think it's just part of a 'stretch & yawn' routine.

I have two sons and I've never even thought about this.

Yea baby boys who have erections when their not wearing nappies is a good indication that everything is as it should be
