Any idea what this is.....

Hello, does anyone know what this could be? It's only just appeared. It's on his face, neck and arms. No swellings, just little bumps. He does currently have a sore throat (could this possibly be connected?). I will take him to GP tomorrow. He is not suffering or in any discomfort at all, it is not an emergency.

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be? I am wondering if it's hand foot and mouth?

They look like bites if they were on the face only, but unlikely to be bites on neck and arms too?

Looks like Urticaria, ie nettle-type rash. It's usually an allergic reaction to something. Can happen with / after a viral infection, too. Treated with antihistamines.

I'd agree it looks like urticaria, so it could be a contact allergy

But my DD used to get rashes like this when she had a virus. She saw the GP a few times & it was just how she reacted to the virus. It's apparently not uncommon
