Miserable Malalignment Syndrom

Hello, My child has this condition and is considering surgery. She has frequent knee dislocations and hopes the surgery might stop this happening. Anyone have this condition, or had a child with it that can offer any advise? Thank you

Child I know for whom this happens has been told not to have surgery until they're fully grown as there's a good chance they'd need more surgery to allow for growth.
