Vomiting mucous/reflux in the night

Twice in the last week my toddler has woken In the night gagging and vomiting mucous and clear fluid. It's been a one off each time and she doesn't seem to have a stomach bug. It's not true vomiting where you empty your whole stomach.
She hasn't had a cold so she's not particularly snotty.
The only thing that's changed in her diet is that I still breastfeed twice a day and I am about 6 weeks pregnant so my milk will have changed a bit. Could it be that?
I scared myself a bit looking at the internet which suggested all kinds of things like diabetes. I'm a worrier anyway, and I had gestational diabetes in my pregnancy with her
