Noticed it around lunch time today, doesn't seem bothered by it but just wondered if this was normal or if I should have it checked out? Or am I better waiting for a few days to see if it passes? Should never Google things 🙈

He may well just have poked his finger in his eye and its red from that.
Watch it, if there is a green/ yellow discharge from the eye or the eye lids become sticky , it's an infection.
He will need eye drops prescribed by the doctor for that . Very common in babies because they rub their fingers all over their faces ( especially nose) and then wipe their eyes with their dirty fingers ..... often, cant be avoided, they're fast!
