Any thoughts or experiences with the chicken pox vaccine? I'm about to book it for DD (13 months), but having a sudden wobble - not sure why! Has anyone here done it? Anyone choose not to and why? Any and all thoughts/experiences would be really appreciated!

Thanks for the replies everyone! Wobble over, jab booked. I don't know anyone irl who's done it (but most the babies I know are all 1ish), so just needed to hear from some people that it's not a mad thing to do. Thank you!

Both of ours had the vaccine but DD2 got chicken pox anyway.

It wasn't a mild case but may well have been even worse if she hadn't been vaccinated.

The cost of the vaccine was less than a week off worm.
