Blocked nose at night

Every night around 4am my DS (9 weeks old) wakes due to a blocked nose. We give him a saline spray on the recommendation of the HV. However this has been going on for a while now and I'm not sure whether it's ok to keep giving him the spray every night. Anyone any tips or experience of this? TIA

My DS had this at the same age and it turned out to be one of his symptoms to a Cows Milk Protein Allergy.
