Has anyone claimed for a 2 year old with regular absence seizures? What did you put on the form in terms of needs?

My dd has them amongst others.
You write down what her needs are. Write it for the worst day.
Lots of help out there on how to fill it in. Try cerebra.

Thanks. I have looked for loads of info on the internet on filling the forms in but doesn't seem to be much info out there. It is mainly for adult epilepsy and children with movement seizures.
Also what is Cerebra. I typed it in google and it comes up with a Marvel comic character xx
