Head bump toddler

Hello. My toddler just fell over and banged her head into a wall. Immediately following it there was a small blueish dent in her head that I could feel with my finger. Within about thirty seconds it had gone. I can no longer feel it. She did cry and we've applied a cold pack as much as she'd tolerate it. She stopped crying about a minute after the bump and seems fine now, but I'm still concerned about the dent. When I've taken her in for a head bump before they've basically just checked that she's ok in herself and her balance isn't off and sent us away with a leaflet. Do you think it's worth taking her in on this occasion? What could have caused the disappearing dent? There's no visible swelling at the moment, but looks like it may bruise.
