My toddler has developed this on his arms and I'm wondering if anybody could recommend a good cream. We use oilatum but it's not helping. Many thanks!

Ameliorate is brilliant. Cera Ve also great.

Thank you, will try the cerave smoothing cream and if it's no good will splash out on the ameliorate. Thanks for the help!
