Bumps on toddlers knee

My daughter is 2 years old and for the past couple of days has had bumps on her knee. They're not red, or irritating her. When you touch them she doesnt appear to be in any discomfort. Does anybody know what these could be

Are they hard to the touch?

Molluscum are a viral thing a bit like getting warts - you just have to leave them and they'll go eventually
